Job Description

As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding top talent. This includes screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The job also focuses on bulk hiring, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.

Education Qualification

Candidates must have completed any graduation—B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc. Freshers and experienced applicants from any batch are welcome to apply.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a basic understanding or interest in HR and recruitment processes. Prior experience in HR is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.

Salary

The expected salary for this role is between INR 3 to 4 LPA, with additional performance-based incentives.

Salary approx 25000 to 30000 per month
