Office Assistant
Job Description
Perform routine office tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Assist in the coordination of meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements. Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring resources are adequately stocked. Handle customer or client inquiries, providing basic information or directing them to the appropriate department. Provide support to different teams within the organization, assisting with project-related tasks.
Perform basic bookkeeping, document processing, and data management. Support operational activities, such as running errands, managing deliveries, and assisting with office organization. Handle general office maintenance tasks or coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Uphold company policies and procedures in daily activities.
